WEEKEND PROGRAM:

FRIDAY

Check-in time: From 14h00

Meet-and-greet at the Lapa from 18h00.

Share the love by contributing a Valentine’s-inspired snack platter.

Supper plans: Everyone is still welcome to make their own supper arrangements.

SATURDAY

09h30 – 10h30: Admin Hour at the Lapa.

Every family / group / person attending the camp is requested to check in with Jullian and
Carl, even if you’ve paid via EFT. This is really important, as we need to pay over the correct
amount to the camp site owner.

15h00: Gather at the lapa for an afternoon of Valentine’s-themed games.

From 17h00: Communal braai at the lapa, followed by a Valentine’s dance.

Celebrate the romance by donning your finest naturist-inspired outfit.
Prizes for the day’s winning team and the 2 best ‘dressed’ nudies.

WCNA will sponsor the prizes and items for the games.

SUNDAY

Check-out time is at 10h00. If the site is not booked for Monday, we’ll ask permission to stay later.

TARIFFS:

Our fees will depend on how many people we are, so spread the love and invite your friends, old
and new. Attendees (and thus the applicable tariffs) will be published by the end of this month.

Minimum of 15 people
Members: R170 per person per night
Non-members: R270 per person per night
Children 3 – 13yrs: R110 per child per night
Children under 3yrs: Free
Chalet (members only): R370 per person per night*
Day Visitors – Members: R75 per person per day
Day Visitors – Non-members: R100 per person per day

Minimum of 30 people
Members: R120 per person per night
Non-members: R220 per person per night
Children 3 – 13yrs:  R90 per child per night
Children under 3yrs: Free
Chalet (members only): R300 per person per night*
Day Visitors – Members: R90 per person per day
Day Visitors – Non-members: R110 per person per day

*There are only 2 chalets at this site.

SAFETY AND PRIVACY:

The WCNA banner will be up at the entrance, ensuring that visitors who inadvertently pay us a visit know what to expect!

Lizelle will be the official photographer, with Carl as back-up. Content will only be taken and published with consent.

AMENITIES AVAILABLE:

Lapa: Seating, kitchen area, fridge, washing- up basins, 2-plate gas stove

Ablutions: Toilets, showers & basins with hot water

Electricity points for camp sites – bring a long lead

Hot tub (small tub with wood-fired donkey)

CAMP LAYOUT:

Please consider other campers when pitching your tent / parking your camper, to allow for
sufficient space for everyone.

If you do not utilize your vehicle for camping, kindly move it to the parking area.
